Sunleaf Original Tea comes from the Abbotsleigh Estate plantation in the Nuwara Eliya District of Sri Lanka. The tea pickers select two tea leaves and a bud by hand.
The special soil type, the presence of eucalyptus trees and the high location (1300 meters) are the basis for Sunleaf's tasty tea.

INVEST DIRECTLY ON THE TEA PLANTATION
The Fair-grounds foundation's social and sustainable objective is to improve living, working and living conditions in tea production countries. Through a fixed contribution on the sales of Sunleaf Tea, they can invest directly in projects on tea plantations under their own supervision.
The Fair-grounds Foundation as part of sustainable entrepreneurship. The foundation donates 50 euro cents for every kilo of picked tea to the development of facilities.
Since the Fair-grounds Foundation was founded in 2009, the money has been used to realize 15 projects, including 6 childcare locations and a community center.
